Due to the high europe-wide demand we're in the process of translating coldseason.de into english, danish, norwegian and swedish. To place an order simply use our online shop to place an order directly or browse through the jackets and check the traffic light colours. Green means we have the jacket in stock and will deliver immediately, orange means that we have to order the jacket from a central stock which takes about 5 business days, meaning it will take 7-10 days until you will get your jacket to your destination (You can pre-order sold-out jackets though to be sure that you'll get one next year).
How to order:
Option 1 - for those who understand a little german: Once you've found the desired jacket please place it into your virtual shopping cart, go to the checkout, chose a payment method and confirm your order. That's it!
Option 2 - for those who don't understand any german: After checking the availability of your desired jacket, simply send us an email including:
a) your shipping address
b) the desired model, colour and size
Payment: After sending the email, please calculate the total price of the jacket plus shipping and choose from the following payment methods: Paypal, credit card, bank wire.
Shipping costs within the EU are just 15 Euros via DHL. Shipping to Norway and Switzerland costs 25 Euros, to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine 28 Euros. We deliver daily!
1) If you choose paypal, simply send the calculated amount to epler@wevw.de and place a comment into that payment, e.g. "Order of Trillium Parka black size S". That's it.
2) If you choose credit card, please email us your card details to kontakt@coldseason.de and we will charge your card. We will never save or misuse any data!!! If you don't feel good sending your card details via email, simply give us a phone call to pay live on the phone. Please call +4922199876464. If you don't get through immediately, please call again, we receive dozens of calls every day so we might be busy.
