The Quartz Co Laurentia Parka is a slim fit, feminine ladies' parka with a super fit. In this parka, a woman can only look good. Every detail is just right. The beautiful down filled hood has a fur trimming made of coyote fur (from strictly controlled origin), which is detachable separately. The hood itself is also completely removable, so that the parka can be worn with the pretty collar even without it. Compared to many competing products, all Quartz jackets are machine-washable.
On the left sleeve there is the noble Quartz Co logo, which gives the parka an understatement of a special kind. The elegant button placket along the 2-way YKKK zipper gives the Laurentia Parka a very elegant and fashionable look. The cutting length is ideal for providing good protection in cold conditions without restricting freedom of movement. This feature is further enhanced by the "fishtail"cut on the back. Elasticated cuffs made of Lycra provide perfect wind protection and prevent them from sliding up. Another advantage in wind and weather is the elasticated waistband at the hem and hip area.
Four outside pockets and one inside pocket provide plenty of storage space. The bags are also lined with soft cuddly fleece.
A very high quality 650 white duck down filling is used. It is very durable and does not lose its bulking power even after years. Thanks to an anti-bacterial treatment, the down always smells pleasantly neutral. The typical "down smell" does not occur. The use of a membrane is really ingenious, which is laminated from the inside onto the outer lining.
